God never leaves us or forsakes us.  Even when He seems silent His promises are sure.  He promises to always be with us throughout our lives guiding us in every way and establishing our steps.  He knows our receptive hearts, the hearts that are keen to knowing Him, the hearts that receive His love in forgiveness of sins, the hearts that pursue relationship with Him and humbly surrender to His will for our lives. 
 
We are drawn to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ from before we were born. A calling so deep rooted and pure and natural because we are His children and we know our Father's call.  His calling resonates within us, calling us out of our fallen state to be reconciled with Him through the blood of Jesus Christ.  A one and only sinless sacrifice, the only way back to our Father God.  This profound understanding of our separation from Him and our need to be with Him is what life is about. The understanding of our Father's love for us through our relationship with Him.

    On this day and every day we proclaim, it is finished! Just as Jesus Christ declared in His last words as he died on the cross for our sins.  It is finished, the work of salvation for mankind is fully complete and satisfied by blood of Jesus Christ.
     
    Now we stand firmly in receipt of this liberty by acceptance of the truth of Jesus Christ precious love that has been poured out for us. And we receive and accept grace upon grace by justification and sanctification as we draw near to His return.

  • How about a protein filled Chickpea Salad..

    Ingredients 

    FOR THE SAUCE
    3 Tbs tahini
    3 Tbs water
    1 Tbs apple cider vinegar

    FOR THE SALAD
    1 15-ounce can chickpeas (rinsed, drained, and partially smashed with a potato masher)
    ⅓ cup celery, diced
    ¼ cup raisins
    ¼ cup pecans, chopped
    ¼ cup grated carrot
    1 green onion, chopped
    Salt or coconut aminos and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    In a medium size mixing bowl, add tahini, apple cider vinegar, and water. Stir well to make a creamy sauce.

    Add chickpeas and, using a wooden spoon, mash some of the chickpeas to desired consistency.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.

    Before serving, add salt or coconut aminos and pepper to taste.

    Enjoy this yummy salad immediately, or store it in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Not freezer friendly.

  • Try this easy and healthy Banana Nut Oatmeal recipe..

    Ingredients
    1/4 Cup oats steel-cut
    2 tsp almond butter no sugar added
    1/2 banana
    1 1/2 Tbsp walnuts

    Instructions

    Prepare the steel-cut oats according to the directions on the box.

    Stir in the almond butter while oats are still warm.

    Top with walnut pieces and sliced bananas.

    God is the only One who matters. He loves us and loved us first. He cares for us so that we may know how to care for others.  He works through all things physically and in matters of the heart for our best. He transforms our lives creating effective changes that support our growth and the growth of our brothers and sisters in Christ. And through His children and the movement of the Holy Spirit more will come to know Him and change their minds to follow Him in the here and now and be reconciled to be with Him in eternity.
