- Get the most out of your first meal for the day with energy-boosting, nutrient rich foods to start your day. Incorporate foods rich in protein, fiber, healthy fats, and complex carbs such as oatmeal, berries, nuts, seeds. Carbs will give you energy right away, protein will sustain you through the morning and the fiber will help you feel full.
