- How do you feel at the end of the day.. hopefully you have a great nighttime routine that is relaxing and calming to the mind. A hot shower, a warm bath, reading, praying, journaling, stretching, family time putting the kids to bed, etc.
- Since a good night sleep is of utmost importance to your health, it's important to find ways to healthily decompress before bed to get the best night's rest.
