  • Looking for a good mid-afternoon snack to keep you going until dinner..
  • Try this ✨ Garlic Lemon Edamame recipe✨
  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup edamame (in the pod or shelled)
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • Sea salt to taste
    • Optional: Sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little heat

    Directions:
    1. Steam or boil the edamame until tender (about 5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
    3. Toss the edamame into the skillet, coating them in the garlic oil.
    4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the edamame and season with sea salt (and red pepper flakes if using).
    5. Serve warm or chilled for a delicious, nutritious snack!
