We must do our best to maintain a healthy body. To keep our body functioning in optimum condition we need to have a sound mind and positive mental health, avoid harmful habits, eat a balanced diet, have sufficient sleep, and regular exercise.
Stress can wreak havoc on our bodies in more than one ways and long-term stress has the risk of developing chronic health issues. It is important that we know how to manage stress to the best of our ability so that it does not disrupt the healthy habits in our daily lives and impede our optimum functioning.
May we continue to turn to God for guidance in every aspect of our lives as we cultivate a healthy God centered lifestyle.
