Happy day 4 of the Daniel Fast everyone 🫐🍎🍇🥦🥬🥑🍠🥔.

Prayer is a part of our bedrock and foundation found in Christ Jesus. The part that arises in faith as we receive God’s promises in our heart, soul, and mind.  Deep, trusting, fulfilling prayer is what springs forth from our sincere relationship with Him.  Prayer reaches out from our hearts into God’s very presence through Jesus. We are in an ever growing trajectory of sanctification to be more Christ like, yet continuously clothed in His righteousness. We are his handiwork, being molded by the maker, who is building us up for all good things.

God wants us to have healthy bodies and a healthy church body. But how do we do that? How do we take care of our health in a world that, for all intents and purposes, is a detriment to our health. There are many ways we take care of our health but we can start with prayer.

A Reminder: In our prayer time that we set aside for prayer and worship, prayer is reaching deep. But prayer is also as simple as thank you, help, or hello.  Pray at all times: before decisions, before meals, pray in your travels, pray when you feel weak or are in pain, pray when feeling down or depressed. Pray for strength, clarity, and restoration. Pray for friends, family and colleagues, and pray for peaceful, caring relationships. Pray for health concerns- even minor ones. Pray when seeing your doctor. Pray for your doctor’s knowledge and understanding to be led through Christ alone.  Prayer changes us spiritually and physically, and prayer can only be a benefit and a blessing because it is our communication with God.

Happy day 4 everyone. Stay strengthened in Jesus name! God bless . ❤️🙏
