Happy day 11 of the Daniel Fast everyone. 🫐🍎🍇🍌🥦🥬🥑🍠🥔

Jesus said He is the vine and we are the branches, and if we remain in Him and Him in us we will bear much fruit. Apart from Him we can do nothing. John 15:5 

When we remain in Jesus- in His love and in His Word, which flows from grace upon grace, we produce a bounty of fruit.  We produce the fruit that is the result of Holy Spirit which accomplishes much.

A Reminder:  The godly character that we are developing in each step that we take in our daily lives towards Christlikeness is pleasing to God.  We are pursuing God and drawing nearer to Him, we are in community participating in this Daniel Fast with love for each other as brothers and sisters, we are helping and supporting each other with prayers and being of like minds in Christ, we are nourishing our bodies and taking care of our hearts and minds and exercising self control.  We are, as we remain in the vine, developing in a very special way, the fruit of the Spirt. And in these 21 days of practicing the Daniel Fast, as we are being pruned and purified, we are producing more fruit. 

 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23 ESV
