I’m so thankful to be participating in this fast with you all. And I am so grateful for how God is moving through our lives to show us who He is, who we are, and how to honor Him. I’m grateful that biblically based lessons on how to live still endure in the world and I am grateful that the importance of health and healing is being connected to faith more and more.
A Reminder: Take a moment everyday to appreciate all that God has provided and proven in your life. A thankful and grateful heart glorifies God and brings us peace.
Research has shown that gratitude has measurable benefits in well-being and physical health. For example, research studies show that grateful people report better physical health because they tend to engage in healthy activities like practicing better nutrition. Research also suggests that gratitude helps contribute to better mental health, resiliency, boost immunity and heart health, calms the nervous system, aids better communication, stronger connections and more.
You will find prayers of gratitude that are throughout the Bible. Allow prayers of gratitude to fill your heart, soul, and mind and foster health and healing.
